About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the PriceWise app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Müller GmbH (collectively, the “Application”). Müller GmbH is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
PriceWise is designed to help users compare offers across stores and manage shopping findings in one place.
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect personal information, the Service Provider does not share personal information obtained through the Application with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no in-app data collection to opt out from.
Uninstalling PriceWise removes the Application from your device.
Data Retention
PriceWise does not collect, log, or store personal data through normal use of the Application. Accordingly, the Service Provider has no application-generated personal data to retain and no retention period applies to such data.
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side user profile, account history, advertising profile, or analytics profile for PriceWise users.
Data Deletion
Because the Service Provider does not collect or store personal data through the Application, there is no server-side PriceWise personal data to delete.
Removing the Application from your device can be done by uninstalling it. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider outside the Application, for example by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence by contacting support@mullergmbh.ink.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal information is not collected by the Service Provider through use of the Application alone.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of exposure of application-collected personal data is minimal. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may receive outside normal Application use.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting application-collected personal data is minimal. If an incident affects information that you have voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside the Application, the Service Provider will provide notices as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before a material change takes effect.

Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal Application use and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
